Hello Back Yard Chicken Farmers! I'm still researching this. My wife loves the ideas and I think it would be good for the kids too.
I would like to start small and depending on the results expanding. Eventually, I would like to open the chicken coop to the garden and let them eat my bugs!
We do have 2 cats and a dog already but the dog does not have access to 1/3 of the acre. I think a well built coop would hold up to any other critters trying to get too close.
Really looking forward to researching and discussing chickens!
