Hi!
My name is Dee and I have three lovely ladies - Delores, Henrietta, and Gisella.


Since I named them, I have no doubt they will live to be very old, non-productive chickens. This pic was take in their pen in the fall. Now it is winter and I have the pen "wrapped" in greenhouse film and straw on the floor of their pen.


This is my first time raising chickens and I just adore them. My only regret is that I wish I had three more!!!

and have a happy 2015! 3 chickens is never enough! Those are wonderful names. I've always seen chickens as pets that just happen to lay eggs, and have always named them. I hope you enjoy your flock and that they live long and prosper!
