I am sorry to hear of all the losses you experienced to predators. That is devastating! I'm sure you can find a way to build a predator proof coop and run on a budget. Have you checked out our coop articles? If you get an idea, and want to get some advice on it, ask it in the Coop & Run Forum and the folks there will help you out.

There is just so much information here, and you are not the only one watching the budget!
