We're a little over a year into our chicken experiment. Started with 2 feed store amerecaunasand production/RIR hen and a bared rock rooster. We started adding to our flock this summer With some more feed store chicks and a batch of mail order chicks. Our long term goal is to develope a self sustaining flock to keep us in eggs and eventually meat.
