How's your Halloween?

We had maybe 20 kids. I still have stuff leftover. and now the bowlfull of candy is sitting there staring at me. I can hear the kitkats calling me.. i also have 20ish popcornballs. looks like the dukers will be getting their share tomorrow.
Oh and my little one Sammy who is three was so tired .... we came home she put her bucket down in the middle of the livingroom,layed down on the hardwood floor and fell asleep i an instant. So many people said they were happy to see a kid with a homemade costume.

Only 4 kids showed up.... Just the way I like it lol. That means more candy for me!

3 must be the magic number - that's all I got, too. One of them was a teen in regular clothes, so maybe I really got 2 1/2.

Well, I knew my boss was up to mischief when he asked me if I wanted to come to his house to "trick-or-treat." So I said sure, and I was lookin around the second I pulled up at the gate (he's even more honnery than me sometimes) and everything looked alright, so I went up to his door and all of a sudden a bobcat screamed! Lord, I about broke down his door to get away... He finally scared me, been tryin for a while, guess I wasnt expectin that! He hooked up that predator call (the one I fixed up a couple days ago) and hid it in the bushes, so all he'd have to do was start hittin buttons. LOL his wife bout killed him, she said before I got there he scared a couple little kids, she wasn't near as amused as we was LOL! I'm gonna get him back though, I've already got a plan...

We had a Hallowe'en party. I made Deviled eggs, had a nacho bar, sweet-and-sour meatballs, Jell-O shots, taco salad, shrimp, chocolate cheesecake and lots of other goodies. We played goofy multiplayer video games for the Wii and spent a lot of time talking and socializing.

We had quite a few trick-or-treaters, but I got a lot of candy so my DH has tons left over to keep him busy for a few weeks.
