Even though I do most of the cooking, my dh is a good cook. He makes awesome tacos and fajitas and likes to smoke brisket and do all the outdoor grilling. He doesn't like to bake so I do all of the baking. Since we lived in lots of different places. We have learned to make various dishes from places we have lived. We have fun cooking together and coming up with different recipes.
