Hubby found our first egg!

Good for you Laurie! Got my fingers crossed for a 100 percent hatch rate : ) Good luck.

Perhaps you can persuade the other girls with Cheerios! lol

I Wouldn't Worry Too Much About The Eggs Cooling . Holderreads Says You Can Have Them Without Heat Up To Six Hours Without Harming Them. It Depends On What Stage They Are At. I Have Have Sebastopol Eggs Go For At Least 4 Hours Without Heat When We Lost Our Power. It Didn't Seem To Affect Them. When I Would Let My Geese Set On Their Eggs, Once The Mother Goose Left The Eggs For A Couple Of Hours When She Got Accidently Locked In A Shed And Was Off The Eggs For Several Hours. Most Of Her Eggs Did Hatch. Dorothy

I checked them this morning and they all seem to be alive and kicking hard. I am sooo relieved. Even one of the goose eggs seems to be progressing... just can't see any movement. But it seems to be getting bigger.
