Congratulations on the eggs! Beware of Morehen's Disease

I started to panic and was about to ask what that dreaded disease was, but then I got it. However, it's too late, we're already trying to figure out how to bump out or elongate the coop to accommodate more chickens. I realize it's only been 2 days, but we love it!

Any recommendations on where to buy poultry crates (for transporting chickens) locally?

If they're out free-ranging and I'm on the patio, these 3 are my constant companions. One of them jumped onto the porch swing and hung out with me for a bit. They're good layers, too!

Thank you! They do seem very happy and they are friendly. I'm sure it won't be long before we're looking for more, so I will ask around. For now, we're in it for the fun and the eggs, but maybe down the road we'll consider and rooster and chicks. Thanks again.

If you want a rooster please let me know. I have to many, just hatch chicks this April. Only 5 hatched and got 4 roosters out it.
