I've had enough of this Hazy Hot & Humid CRAP. Somebody slap me when I complain about the cold weather please?

LOL, I absolutely love winter, you'll never hear me complain about the cold, bring on the snow...
Today was probably not the best day for me to take a vacation day to get more house painting done, but I started at 7 AM and quit around noon. Looking forward to going back to my air-conditioned office tomorrow!

I give you a LOT of credit making it until noon! I left for work at 5:30 and the humidity was already brutal. This weather's gotta go!

hmmmmmm what is the error message? It does take a long time, I find that I have to keep my phone from timing out.

Hi all, just noticed this thread. I am in rockland...figured I would say hello. I have eggs in the incubator locked down and waiting. First time hatch so I am not expecting much but when I was locking up I candled one and I could see it moving...so exciting now I have to sit on my hands and wait.

Hope everyone is surviving this heat.

Welcome , glad you joined us! I remember my first time hatching eggs!! lock down is the hardest part! I always wanted to candle them! Hope your hatch goes well!! And dont forget to post tons of pics when they hatch!

Wow, what a hot day. I sure hope everyone's animals are OK this week. It was 99 this afternoon in Kingston when I stopped to do some shopping on the way home from work. It was a good 14 degrees cooler by the time I reached my house in Phoenicia, thankfully, but still pretty hot for early evening. Fortunately my basement is still cool, which is where we are all hanging out, esp. my pup with his personal fan. I may need to give him another short haircut this weekend and shave his belly to keep him cooler.
