Huge scab/wound on the back of chicken

Hi! One of my chickens ( about 5 years or older and a cochin chicken) has this weird looking scab on her back, it’s the only place she has this and she’s still doing normal chicken things and feeling good! None of my other chickens have had this in the past or have it now. Can anyone help me out about what this is? It doesnt look like a normal wound

Do you have a rooster? Or an aggressive hen that mounts other hens?

Can you get close and smell the wound, does it smell bad?

Hi I do, but none of them are agressive, she's one of the boss chickens. The wound doesn't really smell bad too.

normally yes, the feathers around the spot are gone too.

Its good that it doesn't smell. It could be a mating injury. See how it heals over the next couple of days. You may need to soften the scab with compresses so that it heals well. Do you have a beeswax cream at all?
