Huge clump of chicken poop stuck on her but with something frozen on stop

I would absolutely NOT EVER bathe a chicken in the winter. If you can put her in a warm enough area so that her heiney thaws out, most of it will fall off. Any thing that remains stuck can be carefully trimmed away. Trimming is much safer than getting a bird wet. If you get her wet, you are going to need to keep her inside until she is bone dry, and the sudden temp change is not a good thing IMO.

Lazy is right, I gave mine a bath blew dried her and kept her in my garage with a heat lamp on her all day and she seemed fine it was around 10-0 out side but the heat lamp kept her warm. It all depends on your resources.

so far a magority fell off and i managed to cut the rest off with some scissors and put them in boiling water out side for a few hours which that water froze
