Huge egg little hen

Hi all, my red sex link who is 22 weeks old has been laying brown eggs on the smaller side for about a month. Today she layed a huge egg, double the size of her normal eggs. Heavy egg too. She is my smallest hen, not underweight but on the skinny side. I'm shocked that this giant egg came out of her little body. Will these giant eggs continue? Does laying them hurt her or tax her body? Not worried because she looks and acts fine but curious because it was so surprising to see and pick this huge egg up.

Yes that is what I was thinking! Back to regular size today though thankfully!
