Huge swelling in waddle, below eye

Thanks for the follow up. What antibiotics did the vet prescribe?
I had a similar situation where one of my Black Stars had got pecked just above the upper left eye and her eye swelled up badly. I managed to puncture the "boil" inside the inner eyelid and water immediately gushed out relieving the swelling. I then put a neosporin ointment in her eye for a couple of days and she was completely back to normal. Here's a before pic:

He put her on Baytril, oral dose into crop. He frequently prescribes that, even though it is pretty harsh it is very effective. I will also start ACV in the water to help her system

She acted like it hurt and I could not cut her that deep for drainage. I also have a friend who may want one of my LF girls because she lost one of hers. I could not let anything contagious go anywhere so I had to know for sure it was not FC or anything like that.

ACV won't do anything except upset the digestive system along with the antibiotics. Injectible form of enrofloxacin or penicillin would have been better than oral. Easier on the intestinal tract. Go with what the vet gave you though.

This is Wynona's cheek now. The cut is quite deep. I clean it out with a q-tip that goes down into it. Then I put neosporin down into it to keep it moist and soft so it will drain.

Wynona did not make it. She really tried, but the antibiotics just did not knock out the infection.

She was so sweet, it was hard to loose her.
