Humidity and Temperature for Call Duck Eggs

Hey there, I'm getting some call duck hatching eggs and I need to know what the humidity and temperature has to be for the growing stage AND for lockdown. I'm going to use a little giant still air incubator if that makes a difference.

It would be best to post on the "Duck thread," I know ducks have a longer period to hatching than chickens but, don't know about temps and humidity.
