Humidity - confused

I have read mixed things about the humidity for the first days of incubation.

Here it says 55-65% until lockdown for chickens and then 65-80% during lockdown.

Here it says 45-50% until lockdown.

I would agree with the top source. If it was a different bird such as a quail (what I have) I would keep the humidity at around 45-55%. Hope this has helped!
