Humidity for chicken eggs

Hey I haven't incubated chicken eggs in a while, mainly duck and geees, and I forgot what the humidity should be for chicken eggs. so what should the humidity be?

between 55-60% the firts 18 days and the last 3 days it should be 60-65%
