humidity frustration

I'm sorry but I'm confused! You have 17 days to go- so your on day 4? If so the 40-50% humidity is good... if you meant your on day 17 then 68% should be fine for lockdown. When they hatch it will spike but don't worry!

My unit counts down, so we have 17 days left till hatch. the guinea eggs have been in for 10 days and the chicken eggs for 4.
 
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but if the humidity is around 40-50% you should be good. I like mine about 45% and it fluctuates but I check it several times a day and either open up the vents if it's too high or add water if it gets below 40%

When you hit lockdown you'll want to add your sponge to get it up to 70%
