I was having the same issues with not being able to get the humidity % up. I did as Random0524 suggested and walla! My humidity was way too high at day 14. Thanks so much for your suggestion. You may be doing what I did. I bought a new digital thermometer/hydrometer. It's the kind that has a wire that can be run out side, so you can have a indoor and outdoor temperature reading. Well, I thought the humidity gage was on the end of that wire with the outdoor temp. So, I had the wire running inside the incubator with the base outside the incubator. I had wet paper towels all over the free surface of that bator and water pools filled, but still couldn't it the humidity above 44%.it was like someone had turned on a light bulb in my head. I picked up the base/digital readout, breathed hot breath from my mouth into the opening on the back side and the humidity shot up to 70%. I now have the entire digital thermometer/hydrometer sitting in the bator. I hope this "duh" moment helps someone besides me.![]()
