Humidity is 52% without any water present in the incubator.......

Yes, the Brinsea, at least the model we have, is reading the temp at the top of the machine. 37.5 while on the bottom the temperature is likely 37 even.

Most good hatches, for us anyhow, occur when we keep the top reading at 37.8 or 37.9

It is not really all that critical. Just do not exceed 37.9 on top and do not allow the top reading to fall below 37.2 and you'll be just fine. Consistent temps and consistent medium humidity is more important. Locate the incubator in a place where temps remain constant, not swinging wildly from day and night and it generally works out just fine.

Luckily I was wrong the egg I thought was cracked infant it was not I slightly clean that bit area and that was just a dirt mark .i have been to a lady who breeds chicken what she has advised with regards to the 12 eggs and limited space was that leave all of them in try to fit them in and after 10 days you will find some infertile or empty , that way you will not loose a lot rather then leaving those 2 eggs out and what if they at the end turn out to be the good one.so now I have placed them in with the other one somehow but now I am worried about rotating them. I gathered it that hatching eggs is not easy lol but I am loving it.
I have also noticed while check for the cracked egg that the eggs are nicely warm . At the moment although the top brineea thermometer telling that the tep is 37.5 and my own tell 35.4 . I am leaving as it is see what happened

I do that I place them then check for clears, I had turn and the more eggs I have to turn the more I am risking all the eggs. I am glad to get the non-fertiles out.

But I am very concerned about the temp and the humidity . The thermometer which is built in brinsea mini eco is constant at 37.5 but my own bought digital thermometer is showing 35c. Could it be that the mini eco incubator is hanging in the middle and my digital thermometer is at the bottim surface.
Second worry that the hygrometer is showing 43 % even without any water .

Rotating pattern question?
Today I have set the eggs at 11 am and then the first rotation occurs at 7pm so there was 8 hours delay . Before I go to sleep I wanna rotate so I was thinking of rotating it at 12 so there will be 5 hours difference . Does the difference in hours rotation pattern makes difference

sorry I hand turn, they say atleast 3-5 turns a day. I just do 2 odd number is better but I don't like to mess with the eggs too much if I can help it.

Could you please explain what do you mean about 2 odd numbers , could you explain. Do you have the set time to turn the eggs or you turn any hour you wish

I still did not get what you are trying to say , I m sorry if I seem a bit illiterate
