Humidity on quail eggs?

The place I bought my bob white eggs says to keep the humidity at 75% .. Isn't that high enough to drown my birds?

I can't say for sure for bobwhites, but 75 isnt too too high any higher though and i'd be a lil concerned. They do need high humidity (they being quails). I keep mine around 65-75 normally.
