Humidity problem

Ok my brooder box is finished can i put newspaper down in the bottom and shelf liner on top of that?

I learned early on about thermometers and hydrometers I use 3 thermometers and 2 hydrometers, I cleaned the incubator before setting the eggs but if there is an issue with this hatch that is something I will take a good look at (mold). Thanks for the good information.

Oh and BobDBirdDog you are 100% correct about the sensors, they are off, temp is 21 degrees off and the hydrometer is around 5% off.
When I called to get information from the manufacturer about Farm Innovators incubator they told me straight out the gauges that come with the incubator are not accurate and to use additional thermometers and hydrometer. You would think that knowing this they would correct the problem.
An interesting bit of information he shared with me is that they do test incubations on their incubators and they keep a record so he was able to tell me the exact temperature and humidity that worked the best for the still air incubator.
I am going to take a look at your link for accuracy, thank you for sharing that.

You are in lockdown right? It's not a big deal. Look at the people who do the float test. I'm thinking it wasn't enough to shock their system with coldness.

I hear peeping coming from only one of my eggs, and last night several were moving now only one moves.what could be going on
