Humidity problems - Need help!

So I bougth a cheap incubator off amazon since I'll probably never use it again and I didn't want to spend a lot. So far I have 4/6 fetile eggs. The temp has been great but the humditiy is not doing so well. Instead of a spot to pour water in it has a water bottle and I can't get it to work so I've been lifting it up a little whenever it gets to low, but every moring when I wake up the humditiy is at 20-25. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, is there room to put a wet sponge or two inside incubator?

If there is space, put a wet sponge or towel in to help the humidity rise. What is the highest you've been able to get the humidity up to?

That is one of the problems. When I lift the bottle it's very hard to control how much water goes in and it usually is too much it gets to like 60-65 and I need it to be around 40 since the airsacs are a bit small. So the highest it's been is like 75.

How long is the humidity stable before it starts to drop?

I haven't really counted the hours but it seems like it depends on how much water goes in and how much it spreads out

I would definitely put a wet sponge or towel to hopefully keep the humidity stable for longer as it will hopefully slow the evaporation rate.
