Hey ya'll, I have a new 'bator that I built. You can see it here; https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=2012898#p2012898

my
problem is that on Wed some of the eggs pictured are going to be on day 18 and so will need a higher humidity than those not. I was wondering how ya'll delt with the higher humidity needed for a hatch vs. the lower humidity for round two when everyone is in the same box. Those of you with refridgobators and cabinet incubators do this all the time. What's the trick? Just use the higher humidity needed for the hatch?

I raised the humidity for the eggs that were hatching. After the hatch was complete, I let the humidity level go WAY down for about 3 days, then continued as normal for the hatch.
