Humidity question

i was wondering the dunce i am how much the humidity should be. I almost put them in without the water in the tray.

it ranges for diffrent people i say 40% to 50% for days 1-17 and 60%-70% days 18-21 or how ever long but it mostly depends on your humidity in the air around your bator

as katy wrote above it has more to do with how much water you need rather then the percent but some people have there humidity set higher like i do cuz i live in california and the air is really dry here so the humidity drops faster, but if you live somewhere where there is humidity in the air then you cna have a lower humid level cuz the outside air wont drain the humidity from your bator

You need the same humidity level in the incubator...it doesn't matter what the humidity level is outside of it. If you live in a dry climate you're going to have to add more water to the bater, but the level in the bator needs to be the same.
