I just finished my first hatch. I guess I did ok with 12 healthy chicks, but I started with 36. I was using an LG still air and I fill the water holders in the bottom and let it go. I watch the temps and added water a few times, but I never really knew what the humidity really was. I went to Wal-mart and was looking at some digital weather stations, just little $8-$20 ones.

I liked the Acu-Rite model and I think it was either $8 or $12, but I can't remember.

What do you use?

I did a search and found tons of info, but no models or brand names. Please help!

so 30 to 50% until lockdown and over 50% but under 65% in lockdown?

Just askin

please tell me what you think

That looks GREAT! It tells you max and min so you'd know if you'd had a temp spike in the middle of the night, or if your humidity wasn't stable. That's really useful. Great choice. I'd buy one like that if I could find one cheap enough...
