So the humidity in my incubator has been much to high for the first 11 days on chicken egg incubation however my chicks are still alive and the air bubble is alright, maybe a little small. Should I put the humidity back down to normal (around 50) or should I go lower to expand the air bubble?

If the air cell is too small for the day of incubation, lower the humidity from what it has been.
Candling is hard in my eggs so I go by weight rather than use a hygrometer or candling.
Regardless, the last couple days, get the humidity higher.

I would go a little low (25%-ish) for a few days until the air cells are exactly where you want them then increase that humidity by about 10% and see how they grow. I wouldn't go back to what you were at before because the aircells are telling you that that % is to high. Monitor them closely every few days.
