Humidity won't stay up?

I need help........not sure what the problem is but I have a Hova Gensis bator. This is my third time using it this year, I just bought it a couple of months ago, forced air. Its been a total gem until now. My humidty will not stay its either too high or its good for a few hours and by moring its completely out and thats with adding water before I go to bed. Followed the directions about filling the number #1 tray. And I have 2 humadore temp/humidty thermomters in there which always read the same, one the eggs and one on the wire floor.
Not sure how this batch of eggs will turn out....lockdown is on Sat.
Would love any suggestions.
