My first attempt at incubating has been a success so far! 16 eggs in and so far the 7th has just hatched. Temp and humidity stayed accurate the entire process. Here is my concern. I noticed after the 4th or 5th baby hatched the humidity shout up to 82%. Will this harm my babies and if so how do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

No, humidity spikes at hatchtime is completely normal. The moisture from the chicks and eggs will add to the bator's humidity. I run 70-75% for hatch and often it will shoot up to 85-90% periodically.
