On a normal basis the humidity in my house and incubator is between 45-50%. Should i increase it during lock down and if so to what %?

You generally increase to 60%+ at lock down. I like it higher as that gives me leeway to open it (I generally hatch quail who need to start eating reasonably quickly).

Chicks cannot drown if your humidity is 'too' high. They can only suffocate if their air cells haven't grown sufficiently during the first stage of incubation due to the humidity not being low enough.
