If I fill both half of the pot with water on a brinsea mini will this be enough humidity for lockdown ??

Hi there! Yes, filling both sides of the water pot is what we recommend during lockdown. However, ambient humidity can have an affect so it's smart to have a hygrometer to measure the humidity. Hope this helps!

Do you have a hygrometer? One would tell you what the humidity is so that you’re certain of it. Best of luck!
