That's an issue that has been debated on here quite a bit. Some like to dry incubate, some not.
My humidity is about the same as yours. I do find that my bator runs drier than the outside humidity. Heat + fan dries it out. So I do put some water in there..not a lot though. Then I can run it without the plugs in and humidity AND air circulation are great.
