I dont have any advice for you but I have the same problem with my still air incubator.. The humidity just will not go that high. anxios to see what advice you get..

Have you calibrated your hygrometer? Type in, "calibrating hygrometer," or "calibtrate hygrometer," in the search button for directions on how to do this.
