Humidty for guniea and chicken eggs?

Alright plan on settin some guinea and chicken eggs but forgot what the humidty is suppose to be? You increase it the last three days before hatching too right? If so by how much?

I have no water in my incubator days 1-17 an try to keep humidity at about 75% days 18 on.
