Before anyone gets all bent out of shape and huffy, this is a tongue-in-cheek posting meant as my odd sense of humor. I have noticed that if a bird is not instantly recognizable as a certain breed, it becomes "an EE!!!" in the "what is it??" forum. I notice this a lot, and I giggle whenever birds are instantly called EE's. Maybe they are, maybe they don't have a drop of blue egg gene blood anywhere, but with EE's so common, it's an easy call to make at first glance. I don't fault people for guessing EE, it just amuses me that 3/4 of the mixed-breed looking birds are pegged as EE's. Sooo with no further ado:

What is it?

i refuse to look at beta breeder sites and all those lovely show beta's cause i always want to buy one lol so i stick with the pet stores

I used to keep some GORGEOUS Bettas from breeders till I realized upwards of $75 or more for a Betta was crazy. LOL! I will still window shop though

Mary bred bettas for a while and when we did get lucky enough to produce some nice Dragon Scale Half Moons we were hard pressed to sell them for any decent money, by the time you get a good line going some thing new pops out "Dalmation was the new thing then" and the crowd rushes that way LOL, Most of ours went to a pet shop that appreciated good quality and fair prices. The kicker was we got 2X the price if we took credit so hey worked for us 8)

OHH and I think #5 is a python?? "snakes have the same problem every snake is a moccasin or a python LOL"
