Hunched, not eating/drinking well, runny poop

She’s not getting worse so that’s a good thing! She’s definitely a little more active and has been wanting to eat, however im withholding food right now so I can treat for sour crop and I am deworming everyone today. I also found a woman who owns/runs a farm close by me and have been chatting with her. You helped me head in the right direction with Zillie!
