Hungry but not eating?

Wait but if crop is almost full couldn’t she drown/suffocate if I keep giving liquids?
Don't over fill her crop, she will absorb some of it over night. If it's full just let her be for now. See how she is in the morning. If it's down, you can give her more liquid tomorrow. Keep her warm, in the dark and quiet until morning.

Let us know how she is in the morning. :)
Well she made it through the night! She has enough energy to stand some even though she’s wobbly so that’s a good sign. Shes pooping green and white liquid but at least things are moving? She finally drank on her own for first time in 3 days.

The liquid in her crop absorbed like you said but it feels doughy. She’s loving the pedialyte but wondering if I should switch that out now because of the sugar..? She doesn’t like the solids in that pepper cinnamon mixture so it’s near impossible to get her to take much of that. She’s hungry and has tried eating some of her tiny undercoat feathers but obviously her food isn’t going down. When crop isn’t emptying should I withhold food?

I went ahead put the pepper mix in regular feed and made a mash with chick grit  but maybe I shouldn’t be giving her food..

Glad she made it through the night! Yes you might stop with the pedialyte as the sugars are probably becoming too much. She needs calories and energy so don't withhold food. Just offer it up in small quantities throughout the day. Mash is good with a bit of the mixture.

You might also offer up something she may like better than chicken feed, maybe some plain warm grits made into a mash or even some oatmeal.
