If you can google the Premier1supplies catalog, it has good advice for setting up electric fencing to protect livestock, which includes repelling dogs.

This is so incredibly helpful! I never realized an electric fence could keep out bears too! I'll definitely make sure to bait my wire, I've seen a few hunting dogs with their reflective orange collars walking alone out in the fields nearby so I'm sure they're keeping an eye on my fencesConsider doing what's recommended here for repelling bears with electric fencing. It's best on the outside but near a real fence, and then bait a wire or two with something yummy, at least once. You want the dog (or bear!) to grab the bait and get zapped on the tongue or mouth, a very memorable experience, sure to repel that dog forever from your fence.
One of our dogs tried to taste a fence wire, once, and ran shrieking back to the house. Poor puppy, but never approached that fence again!

This sounds like what you need. As others have said, put the electric to the outside. That's what I'm hoping, I did find an electric fence from an Italian company but it's for cattle
