I have 4 hens. Three of the hens lay eggs in nesting boxes at the henhouse. The other hen lays her egg under the back deck. On that day she lays an egg under the deck, the other hens will follow. How do I stop this behavior?

Don't let them outside until they have laid their eggs for the day. Or block off the area under the deck, so she can't get back there.

Yep, We have kept them pinned up until noon. Most all of the time they have laid their eggs; except for one hen. They are all of the same breed and color. It is difficult to know which one is laying under the deck. The next step, lattice around the deck. But she will probably continue to lay the egg out some where in the yard. Thank-you for your ideas.
