Western North Carolina was hit hard by Helene. There are no drivable roads but those folks know how to take care of each other.

My pastor has family in TN and he just called all his parishioners with a plea for prayers for residents there affected by Helene, apparently it's pretty bad in Nashville. 400 roads closed... they were hit hard. Other states as well.

I will be praying for them. Is there anything else we can do? I’m so far away I feel helpless outside of donating. My heart aches for everyone involved.

I'll be praying for that as well. I have 2 good friends up there. One is East TN said she's fine. But my friend right next to Nashville he hasn't said anything so I'm pretty worried about him and his folks.
