A very powerful Hurricane Ida is bearing down on us. My eggs are on day 10 in my incubator. Temperature will probably not be a problem living in South Mississippi, and I think I can keep the humidity in check. What should I do about turning them? How often, and how much each turn?

These aren’t just any eggs. My beautiful German Beilefelder pair were killed when a tree fell on their Fort Knox coop and left an opening. Sinbad was one of the most beautiful roosters I have ever seen. Weazie was sweet and gentle. These are their last, and, only eggs. I want to do everything possible to help them hatch. I can only do what I can do. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
