Apparently the water is being sucked  OUT of Tampa Bay! What on Earth?!?!

Just like a tsunami, it will come back! The wind is pulling it out, but only temporarily.

I saw on the news last night that if it made landfall south of Tampa Bay, it would pull water out of the Bay and out to sea instead of pushing in a huge storm surge over the city. Is why I prayed for it to do that!
