Yes cold!Cold?!
To really appreciate how painful cold can be one needs to work in northern Alberta where -48C is extremely painful. Dreaming of warm soft steady weather for everyoneYes but when you’re cold you can always put on more cloths. Several state and federal laws, and my kids, prevent me from doing the opposite when it hits the high 90s here.
Pls no, summer needs to go away and take its time coming back. I'd like my next electric bill to be reasonable for once. Even when it's at its coldest my energy bill is more than double in summer than what it is in winterTo really appreciate how painful cold can be one needs to work in northern Alberta where -48C is extremely painful. It's all relative. If you have arthritis, thyroid issues and fibromyalgia, I can testify that 73°F and 92% humidity is EXTREMELY painful. When I wake up of a morning and all my joints hurt, and my hands are locked up, I know what the temp and humidity is without looking at an app. Minus 48° is unthinkable. To really appreciate how painful cold can be one needs to work in northern Alberta where -48C is extremely painful. Isn’t it funny how some of us like it hot, and some more chilly? I have always detested winter, it’s always cold, and dark, I hate snow. It's all relative. Thanks! I spent most of my life in Arizona and New Mexico and that area, where the humidity hovers around 3% and never had any issues. Now I'm in Missouri and often in misery, lol. So now I have on my bed both a heated mattress pad and an electric blanket, which I employ year round, and they help a lot. Except, of course, when I'm not in bed!Isn’t it funny how some of us like it hot, and some more chilly? I have always detested winter, it’s always cold, and dark, I hate snow.
I feel your pain, for me it’s the cold and damp that does it for me, I tense up so much, my arthritis and osteoporosis are just miserable. But the warmth and heat are so nice.
This past week it’s been frosty here and my neck and hips have been just so frustrating. I long for +30C and humid so I can just be comfy.
The only place I get + 30C now is in my toasty warm bed haha!
I hope your feeling ok today. Make sure you get lots of rest for your fibromyalgia.
LOL! You picked the perfect location on the mainland! In between the open prairie and mountains.
