Hurt baby chick need help fast!!!!

Today 1 of my week old chicks was pecked by an older hen on the back of its head. It ripped a whole patch of feathers off the back of its head but they all came of in 1 big piece so i dont know if it took the skin and everything. The chick isnt doing much but it looks alright. The back of its head is kind of red.

This is my question, what should i do? what would you if this had happened i dont know if i should leave it alone or put some medicine on it

Please help my i know you guys know about this stuff I have neosporine and blue cote

If it was mostly feathers gone, then it going into shock is what you have to worry about. Put the chick in a dark place with one of his calm friends. Put soft food and some vitamin water in and also keep it nice and warm. Leave it a bit and see how he/she does.
