Hurt baby pigeon

I have a 3 day old baby fantail that has a peck mark on his crop which is leaking fluid,I have never had this happen in all my years of raising pigeons.He is acting alright,but it's probably just a matter of time before it get's worse,,does any one have an idea of what to do?:

Super Glue and or Polysporin.

Thank you! ! I didn't have the super glue so I used invisible bandaide and he's doing fine.
