You're going to need to be the one to inspect the foot for any signs of injury. We can't do that from the single photo of a long view of the foot.
Comparing the two legs and feet will be a good place to start. There may be swelling of the shank or swelling of the toes. Look for lacerations on top and bottom of the foot. Foot pad injuries are common. Slivers can wedge under a nail. Check to be sure the scales are smooth and not lifting up. There could be a broken toe nail or a nearly invisible sore on the very tip of a toe.
Finding the injury is the first job. Treating it is the second.
Thanks so much for the reply. There is not any swelling, I didn’t notice any scratches or anything, but I’ll check again. She eats and tries to be active, she just won’t stand on that foot.
