my duck has a broken foot and i dont know what to do

should i make a splint for him or do i give him speical food???

I wish I had some advice.
Vet visit maybe and some niacin supplement?
And try to keep him/her off it?

I am not sure you can splint a ducks foot with out a vet. best keep him off of it till it has a chance to heal. But swim time supervised would be good. Special food? I think poultry vitamins would be good to add to his water like Blondiegal says something with Niacin in it. is the bone sticking out? are you sure it's broken and not just a sprain?

A good balanced diet with the proper level of protein also will help. Ditto lukewarm baths deep enough to float in.

Good to hear it's not broken, and happy to hear he's doing better, rest and water therapy should have him going again. Keep us updated please.
