I am hoping to save the two I got left. I just went to check on them and it looks like one of them got sick. What can I tonight?

It looks like vomit, but it could be poop. I don’t know. I am so upset right now and I can’t go to sleep. And my dogs who did it are trying to get my attention

I'm so sorry. I know it's really upsetting. I am not sure if ducks can vomit or not actually.
I honestly don't think there is much of anything you can do besides clean the wound and try to stop any bleeding.
If it gets infected you may have to try and locate some antibiotics.
If you have any poultry vitamins or electrolytes it may be a good idea to give them some of that to help boost their immune system.
