Hurt foot

My hen got her leg caught underneath a piece of metal, I removed her and she limped away. But after awhile I notice that she was still limping and her leg was warm up top but cold at the bottom. And then started swelling and falling off. She now only has part of her foot and there is another part getting ready to fall off again. What is going on?

Infection. How long ago was this injury? Keep the foot clean and put neosporin on any open wounds. She probably needs and antibiotic also. I'm not sure what kind would be best. She may need a vet.

She probly hurt her foot around 3-4 weeks ago. It looked fine for a while, but now another part of her foot or toe is going to fall off. she kindof walks as if she has no feeling in that leg??? I just didn't know if this will keep going on till she past away or what. She seems real healthy other wise.
