I have a gambels quail who limps and hops around. did he break his foot? if he did can i fix it?

Check the foot. Look at the pad to make sure it does not have an injury or bumblefoot. Check each toe to see if it is broken. If you feel a great amount of heat or redness in one area of the foot, inspect that area for injury. If it is a simple break in a toe, you could tape it up tight. If it is an ankle thing, that might be a bit more tricky.
