Hurt hen! Please help me help her.

Okay! I got it cleaned out with saline solution and tried my best to apply the triple antibiotic. Ill just keep an eye on her till I can get the others. Thanks for everyone's help! Anything else that I can do for her let me know :)

Saline (normal saline) is made with 1 tsp (5grams) of table salt into 1 quart or liter of water. Bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover for 15 minutes. Pour into a sterile canning jar.
Using hydrogen peroxide half strength once will not do much damage. It can flush out bacteria from a dirty bite or wound. Vetericyn wound spray is very good to keep around for treating wounds, but is a bit expensive. Plain neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment, bacitracin, or polysporin ointment are all good for daily wound care.

Honestly, I think your girl will be just fine! Definitely clean it well, keep it clean, and use antibiotic ointment (some people swear by natural honey, local or Manuka, instead, but I haven't tried it myself).
My pullet had a strip torn right off earlobe earlier this year... it was dangling from her face and freaked me out! I'm not sure how she got it... thinking it was from a piece of 1/4-inch hardware cloth I had attached to a pitch fork for a giant sifter, as it was out next to the coop and she could have brushed up against it. Or maybe a flock mate pecked her face. Regardless, all I did was apply antibiotic ointment a few times and she healed very well.
Your chicken's earlobe injury is a bit more severe and may have been inflicted by a predator, but I believe she will do just as well as mine as long as it's cleaned properly.
Just my two cents.

Thank you. Hearing someone with a similar story helps put my mind at ease. She seems to be doing pretty well so far. I kept her inside for the night just to be on the safe side (also because of the other flock members possibly making it worse). She acts as if its not bothering her at all, but of course when I clean it she isnt happy about it lol

Want to thank everyone who has helped me!! This is my very first chicken injury and im so glad it wasn't worse than it was.

One more question if someone doesnt mind to answer it... should I cut off that flap of skin that is dangling by her face? U can see it in the picture I posted. I dont want to make things worse for her and I definitely don't want to cause her more pain but im not entirely sure that part of her will heal right. And if i should...how in the heck do i go about that? Or should I just let it be?
